The town of Eagan is a friendly community located just minutes away from the Minneapolis and St. Paul region. But despite its proximity to the big city, it has a number of recreational opportunities available to its residents. I enjoy going to the park and having some quiet time to read a book or get some exercise. I can do that in Eagan MN because it has more than 50 parks scattered throughout the community to choose from. Blackhawk Park and Moonshine Park are two of my favorites but there are many more to choose from with unique opportunities at each one.
If you like spending time in the outdoors during the winter, the Eagan real estate market may be for you. My family and I enjoy going tubing at the Trapp Farm Park Tubing Hill in Eagan. Sometimes after a day of tubing, we make our way to one of the outdoor ice rinks for some ice skating at the same park.
If you appreciate lush green parks and breathtaking lakefront views, you will find what you are looking for in one of the Eagan MN real estate neighborhoods. Stonebridge Ponds and The Woodlands are just two of the more popular neighborhoods available, both of which are just a short jaunt away from several local schools like Woodland Elementary and Dakota Hills Elementary. Stonebridge Ponds is right next to Lakeside Park and Hay Lake so outdoor opportunities are endless. Other Eagan neighborhoods to consider include Northview Terrace, Kingswood and Blackhawk Ridge.
